Prof. Singh has been an eminent educationist in the field of Economic Administration and Financial Management (EAFM) with specialization in Quantitative Techniques Research Methodology. Prof. Singh has served on various positions in the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He was Head of the Department of EAFM. He has served as Dean, Students. He remained Advisor of International Students for a long time in the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Prof. Singh has also served as Chief Proctor of University of Rajasthan for about ten years. Prof. Singh was Director of Master of Financial Control. He was Chair Person of Board of Studies in the relevant subjects. Prof. Singh has written around two dozen Research Articles and has published five books of Economics and Finance. He has also organized dozens of International and National Conferences including the Second International Conference of Management of Conflict and Peace. Prof. Singh is member of National and International Professional Association in the field of Commerce, Economics and Management including Third World Association and International Economic Association.
